For all orders, you will receive a confirmation e-mail prior to despatch and an invoice with the order.
We aim to send all orders out within 5 working days of receipt. However as most of our products are handmade, this can take a little longer at busy times such as Christmas. If you need an order urgently, then contact us before placing the order and we will do our best to get it to you on time. For bespoke, hand made items, we will give you an estimated delivery date at the time of ordering.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not, please return it to us within 14 days in its original condition and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. However, you must bear the cost of returning the item and we cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us, so please retain proof of posting and use appropriate insurance. The cost of the product will be refunded within 10 days of the receipt of the return. If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately to arrange a return of the order.
Postage and Packaging
A postage and packing charge of £2.95 for a small item and £4.95 for all larger items is applied. Postage and packing charges for parcels where more that one item is purchased will be shown on the checkout page, before payment is requested.
Hand made by Rosie’s Armoire
As many of our products are hand made and use a variety of fine, vintage, and recycled fabrics we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be exactly the same as the one you see on the website, they will however be very similar.
